Guthrie Mainstream Services (GMS) was established in July of 2003 by Terry Guthrie and a group of individuals dedicated to providing quality care to individuals with disabilities.

Our Services
We are proud to offer services through Arizona Department of Developmental Disabilities. Qualifying members can receive Habilitation, Respite Care, Attendant Care, attend an Adult Day Program (DTA) or Day Treatment Training (DTT), and/or live in a Developmental Home. We strive to meet your needs and provide support to individuals with disabilities and their families.
