DTA
DTA (Day Treatment Adult) – Caring for adult individuals with a variety of abilities while working on life skills, social skills, assisting with personal care/hygiene and attending community outings/special events. Other responsibilities include encouraging and participating in individual, group and recreational activities. Document individual goals and supporting paperwork daily. Administer medications as needed and insure the physical and emotional wellbeing of all individuals.
Individuals range from high school graduate to 99+ years of age. Shifts are available Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm.
Positions available in Mesa and Gilbert.
DTT/DTS
DTT/DTS (Day Treatment Training/Summer) – Teaching and caring for children, teens and young adults with a variety of abilities in a center based setting. Individuals need assistance with life skills, personal care/hygiene, interacting with peers and participating in individual, group and recreational activities. Document individual goals and supporting paperwork daily. Help insure the physical and emotional wellbeing of all individuals.
Individuals range from 3 to 21 years of age. Shifts are available Monday to Friday from 2:00pm to 6:00pm. Shifts vary during summer and school breaks.
Positions available in Mesa and Gilbert.
Home & Community Based
HCBS (Home and Community Based Services) – Support and assist individuals (as applicable to the person) with daily living skills, hygiene/ intimate care, meal planning/preparation/clean-up, mobility, socialization, and community outings. Document individual goals and supporting paperwork daily. Administer medications as needed and insure the physical and emotional wellbeing of individuals in your care.
Individuals range from birth to 99+ years of age. Shifts are available 24 hours a day.
Services provided as HCBS support are ATC (attendant care), HAH (habilitation) and RSP (respite care)
