Terry Guthrie

Terry founded Guthrie Mainstream Services in 2003.
She has over thirty years experience working with the developmentally disabled in the U.S. and Canada. Her credentials range from independent provider to administering over 500 providers and families. She attended Northwest Missouri State and Drake University.
Terry loves to travel, dance, and spend time with her grandchildren.

Matthew Guthrie

Matthew has met Ladmo and spent a day hiking the Grand Canyon. He also enjoys being his children’s soccer coach and playing soccer. Matthew is from Canada and loves watching hockey games.

Ashley is a self proclaimed foodie and loves discovering new restaurants with her husband. Ashley is also a mother of four children and has a degree in elementary education with an emphasis in special education. She loves iced lattes, reading, exploring nature and organization.

Anahi is pronounced “Ana-ee.” She loves Perrier sparkling water, the color mint green, taking pictures of clouds and sunsets, and pinning stuff on Pinterest. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her kids and going on spontaneous road trips.

Ann is more widely know as Grandma Ann from her own grandchildren as well as all children in her life. She won the Beth McDonald Woman of the Year nomination for the month of December 2013. Ann used to teach cooking classes, is an excellent seamstress and pianist. She is known for her magical rice crispy treats. Ann is a certified State Lead Trainer, Guthrie is proud of her accomplishments and the way she represents our company!

Ashley loves going to Disneyland with her family and would love to take them on a Disney Cruise! She enjoys spending time at he beach with her family as well. If she were an animal she would want to be a penguin because they live on the land and in the water.

Cheyenne is the youngest of 6 children and only girl in the family. She loves to stress bake and would adopt a ton of dogs if she had the time and space. Cheyenne’s parents immigrated from Trinidad and Tobago making her a second generation American. She loves going to Disneyland and tries to go at least once a year. Cheyenne would like to become an Occupational Therapist someday and can be found binge watching Netflix and Hulu on Sundays.

Cindy Kolbas

Cindy is the youngest of 3 girls and was born and raised in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan where there is snow 7 or 8 months a year (and she still can’t ski). Her favorite smells are clean laundry, fresh cut grass and campfires. She loves sweet tea and has an awful sweet tooth and would eat dessert for dinner every day if she could! Cindy can drive a stick shift and knows how to crochet. She loves the water but still has to plug her nose when she go under.

Dannielle McDevitt

Dannielle can almost always be seen wearing heels but she also likes vans. She is a big Cardinals fan. Dannielle is a boy mom and can be found most weekends on the soccer field. She is an OG Backstreet Boys fan and enjoys going to concerts. When she has free time it’s spent watching the Bachelor.

Darby studies Martial Arts and is a vegan. He has lived in both Italy and India and other places around the world. Dharby is an activist for positive environmental change. He is a tech guy who likes to share his knowledge.

Eric plans to travel to as many countries as he can. He and his wife travel to at least one new city or country, a year. His wife and him seek out new local restaurants, anywhere they go. Movies are a huge part of his life. He has an extensive collection of movies at home. His favorite movie genres are film noir and horror. In his free time he works on creative projects related to writing and filmmaking. 

Eric has a background in screenwriting, public education, HCBS and teaching other teachers how to better use online platforms such as Google apps.

Jack was born and raised in Arizona, is an avid “thrifter” and has a fur baby, Bennie. Jack is a creator; he enjoys painting, music, including his vinyl record collection, as well as makes and sports bolo ties (Jack likes to dress to impress). Jack loves all things spooky, especially horror movies. He frequents music festivals and art galleries in his free time. Growing up Jack always wanted to help people. He believes in random acts of kindness and that laughter is the best medicine.

When She has the time and patience she likes to make crafts, specifically crafts for the holidays. Joy has 5 dogs, 3 cats, 1 rabbit, 1 guinea pig, 2 goats, 1 potbelly pig, 3 turkeys, 3 ducks, and about 30 chickens at home. She also really wants a donkey!

Kendall has two dogs, Ava and Daisy, loves bike rides and singing at the top of her lungs while in the car alone. She really wants to travel to Costa Rica one day. Kendall enjoys helping others, no matter how big or small the problem. Sometimes, she likes to watch soap opera shows… her parents even named her after a character from their favorite soap opera.

Matthew loves Hallmark Christmas movies. He was a wrestler in high school and made runner-up in the state finals. He also sang in his high school and church choirs. Matthew has a guinea pig named Dory, a little dog named Sara, and likes turtles and fish (they are fun to watch). Matthew has drilled water wells and once worked at Ben Cohen’s home, the co-founder Ben & Jerry’s ice cream.

Sarah loves to roller-skate and paints t-shirts in her free time. If she were an animal, she would want to be an otter. Sarah once got a black eye while playing soccer in rain boots. Gravity Falls and Bones are some of her favorite TV shows. Sarah would love to travel to Rome, Italy, and see all the sights in Roman Holiday because she is a huge Audrey Hepburn fan. She also enjoys listening to Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong era music, especially while she’s cooking.

Tyler taught himself how to juggle enjoys playing Dungeons and Dragons. He has worked on some local films shot here in Arizona. While he is a fan of DC shows, he does not care for Marvel movies. Primarily, Tyler likes to listen to indie rock, and will totally sing along to it in the car. He grew up on the coast of California and still use words like “gnarly.”

Vanna, cool fact, her name is “Vanna White” but she did not know how famous her name was until age 13. Vanna loves being outdoors and anywhere near an ocean. She enjoys listening to Disney music and visiting Disneyland. When she was young, she convinced her parents to name her baby sister Savannah so they would almost have the same name. Vanna is a Dallas cowboys fan and even named her dog after the team.
